Returns and replacements

We will always work to ensure you are fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Ahoom Store. And for exceptional cases in which there is the need for a return, we will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase if the following conditions are met: 

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNING ITEMS

  1. Items returned can only be exchanged for another product, there are no refunds
  2. Items must be received within 30 days from the delivered date
  3. Item(s) must be unwashed, unused and unworn, with all original tags/labels attached.
  4. Gift cards and clearance sale items are not eligible for exchange.

HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER VIA POST

  1. Write out reason for return.
  2. Pack the item(s) for return and post it
  3. Processing. Once we receive the package and confirm that it meets our returns policy, we’ll process your replacement and send you an email to let you know.  If there are any issues or your return doesn't meet our policy, we’ll contact you and send your parcel back to you.

HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER IN STORE

  1. Drop in to a store. Take your item(s) to an Ahoom store near you
  2. Provide proof of purchase. You must provide the packaging slip included in your order
  3. Processing. Once the return and exchange policy (see above) has been met, we'll offer you an exchange in store.
