How do I order from the AhoomStore?

Customers can use our platform to place their orders by logging in or creating an account and adding products to cart. Upon completion a summary mail is sent.

What can I do when payment is not accepted?

In terms of security, our website and app are secured with secured socket layer (SSL) therefore any information provided is encrypted and would not be available to third party.

How do I change my personal details or email address?

You can easily change all your information on your account. Go to login page (https://ahoomstore.com/my-account/) and log in, then click “My account” and “Edit”. Here you can change all your contact information.

How can I change my password?

You can change your password by clicking “forgot your password?” Instructions on how to change your password will be send to your email.

Can I track my order?

We provide you with the necessary details provided by the third party shipping agency or transport. If it is being delivered by our dispatch we provide you with dispatch contact to manually track.

Is the shipping cost fixed?

Shipment cost is determined by the nature of the package and your location. If the product purchased requires special handling (Example: High end OLED FPD then an additional cost maybe incurred for handling charges).

do fees work on AhoomStore?

Joining and starting a shop on AhoomStore is free. There are three basic selling fees: a listing fee, a transaction fee, and a payment processing fee. It is free to publish a listing to the marketplace. A listing lasts for four months or until the item is sold. Once an item sells, there is a 3.5% transaction fee on the sale price (not including shipping costs). If you accept payments with PayPal, there is also a payment processing fee based on their fee structure. Listing fees are FREE for now.

What do I need to do to create a shop?

It’s easy to set up a shop on AhoomStore. Create an AhoomStore account (if you don’t already have one), set your shop location and currency, choose a shop name, create a listing, set a payment method (how you want to be paid), and finally set a billing method (how you want to pay your AhoomStore fees).

How do I get paid?

If you accept payments with PayPal, funds from PayPal sales on AhoomStore will be deposited into your PayPal account. We encourage sellers to use a PayPal Business account and not a Personal account, as personal accounts are subject to monthly receiving limits and cannot accept payments from buyers that are funded by a credit card.

Do I need a credit or debit card to create a shop?

This is the answeraNo, a credit or debit card is not required to create a shop. To be verified as a vendor you have the choice to use either a credit card or to register via PayPal. You will not incur any charges until you open your shop and publish your listings.

AhoomStore provides a marketplace on a credible and reliable platform for the buying and selling of Afro-centric products both online and offline.
