ÚLTIMO Fridays is Tampa’s newest upscale Latin night, debuting with a soft opening on Friday, October 24 at Sushi Sake Tampa. Located on Kennedy Boulevard, this monthly event blends dance, dining, and nightlife in one polished experience.
Doors open at 7:00 PM with happy hour and a full dinner menu featuring sushi and craft cocktails—no cover charge until 11:00 PM. At 8:30 PM, enjoy a free beginner salsa and bachata lesson taught by internationally ranked instructor Jenny Marie. Whether you’re brand new or brushing up your basics, this class will have you moving confidently in just 30 minutes.
DJ music begins at 9:00 PM with a curated Latin set ranging from salsa and bachata to merengue and reggaeton. At 9:30 PM, the restaurant floor transforms into an indoor-outdoor dance space for open dancing until 1:00 AM.
This is more than a party—it’s a full night out. ÚLTIMO Fridays brings together top-tier Latin DJs, great food, and an energetic dance crowd, all in one stylish Tampa venue.
The event is 21+, with free onsite parking and a vibe that encourages polished casual or business casual attire. Comfortable shoes are recommended for dancing.
Presented by Maloof Entertainment, the team behind First Fridays Latin Night in Palm Harbor and Classic Salsa Sundays at 809 Lounge, this soft launch is a preview of a new monthly tradition.
Free entry until 11:00 PM, $10 after. Come for the sushi, stay for the salsa. If Tampa shows up, ÚLTIMO Fridays becomes your new go-to Latin night.
