Held every Friday night at the elegant Charr’d Bourbon Kitchen & Lounge inside the Louisville Marriott East, Viva offers a dynamic yet relaxed atmosphere where everyone—from absolute beginners to experienced dancers—can enjoy the vibrant world of Latin dance.
The evening kicks off with a beginner-friendly salsa class, led by Meraki’s warm and engaging instructors. This introductory session is designed to get newcomers comfortable with basic steps, rhythm, and connection—no partner required. It’s the perfect chance for first-timers to dip their toes into salsa in a fun, pressure-free environment.
After the class, the dance floor opens up for social dancing that lasts late into the night. Whether you’re dancing salsa, bachata, or merengue, you’ll be surrounded by a community that values joy, inclusion, and shared movement. The music is carefully curated to keep the energy high, and the vibe is always social and supportive.
